  • We would love you help you create your one-of-a-kind design for any product that we offer. Please visit our ‘Design Bar’ tab and click on our button labeled “Etsy”. It will lead you directly to our page on Etsy and you can make a custom order right there! We are currently working on offering this feature on our website.

  • Currently, we are not accepting any type of returns or exchanges. All purchases made from Charmer Design Bar are final sale. If you have a question or concern about your product, please email us and we will gladly accommodate you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Each customer will receive an email from us when their order is placed on our website. Another email will be sent when the order is shipped with tracking details. If you do not receive any emails, please reach out to us at charmer.designbar@gmail.com and we will happily assist you. Our team works as fast as possible to create and ship your items and we are determined to ship your order within 1-3 days of your purchase date.

  • As of right now, our store only ships within the United States of America. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Yes! We accommodate for large group orders (birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, holidays, etc.) . Please email us at charmer.designbar@gmail.com to discuss the specifics of your order, quantity, and specific add-ons. We will guide you through the entire process of the order!
